Woman claims rare allergy to water causes ‘painful’ rash to form on her body: 'It's mind-blowing'
Cherelle Farrugia, of Cardiff, Wales, claims she has a “painful and very itchy” allergy to water -- formally known as aquagenic urticaria -- which developed shortly after giving birth to her daughter, Willow, who is now 18-months-old.
