Former Miss Kentucky charged with sending 'obscene' photos to student
28-year-old former Miss America contestant Ramsey Bearse, who also went by the name Ramsey Carpenter, was arrested Friday after West Virginia authorities say she sent obscene photos to a 15-year-old student she once taught.
